We now have even more products to help you and your pet. Recently we added a line of pet clothing to help keep your little loved one warm and lookin good. We have also added several models of pet strollers and pet carriers to make it easier on you to take your pet wherever you may be going.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide our customers and their pets a safe, secure path that all pets can navigate without aid from their owners. Our steps help owners as well as pets. We are a five person team including Paula, Crystal, Jimmie, Shane and Robert. We work hard every weekday to help our customers, many of whom are very happy and relieved to have a new set of stairs from LuckyPetFurniture.com
Shipping
Pet Steps-We ship all our steps through Fedex Ground. Our Large Pet Steps ship out the next business day. The Mini Pet Steps are made to order and take 7-10 business days to ship, sometimes less. We have a flat rate shipping fee of $37.95 except for the single step which costs $19.00.
Pet Stroller-We ship all our strollers through UPS. Pet Strollers have a 7-10 day processing time, plus time in transit. If after 12 days you would like a tracking # contact us at chase_marketsmart@yahoo.com. We also have a flat rate shipping charge of $37.95 on strollers. However, orders are limited to the United States.
Pet Clothing-We ship most clothing orders USPS first class ground. Most orders are shipped out within 2-3 days. If there is a problem with shipping we will notify you via E-mail.
Returns
Pet Steps-You may return your steps for any reason within 30 days of your purchase with no questions asked. If your steps are damaged we will contact Fedex and have them pick up your steps and ship out another set to you. Please do not throw the box away if you receive a damaged steps, Fedex will not pick them up without it. For returns that are not damaged there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Unless damaged or defective, all shipping costs and methods are the responsibility of the person returning the steps. Please call to receive a return authorization number to return your steps. Steps will not be accepted with out this number.
Pet Stroller-You may return your stroller within 30 days provided it is unopened/unused and all packaging is intact and undamaged. For returns that are used there will be a 25% restocking fee. Unless damaged or defective, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the person returning the stroller.
Pet Clothing-We strive to offer a quality line of pet clothing. However if necessary You may exchange your product free of charge if it does not fit your dog. If we cannot accomodate your dogs size we will allow you to return your product. Returns will not be accepted without original packaging and original packing slip. If returned we will refund you the initial charge. Please be advised shipping is non-refundable.
